1. About Save Save

Save Save is a savings accountability and rewards platform operated by Chillcrest Pty Ltd (ABN 54 622 589 584) trading as Save Save (we, us, our). Save Save is available via the mobile app and at savesave.com.au.

Save Save is a savings and rewards product only. It is not a financial institution, bank, credit provider or holder of an Australian Financial Services Licence. Save Save does not hold deposits, provide financial advice or arrange credit products.

References to Borrowing Power within Save Save are referrals to a separate product operated by Chillcrest Pty Ltd. Save Save users are under no obligation to use Borrowing Power or any related service.

2. Eligibility

To use Save Save you must be at least 18 years of age, be an Australian resident, provide accurate and complete information when creating your account, and have a valid email address. By creating an account you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password or allow others to access your account. Notify us immediately at info@savesave.com.au if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, provide false information, or engage in conduct that is harmful to Save Save or other users. You may delete your account at any time via Account settings or by contacting us. Upon deletion, your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Save Save Points

Save Save Points (Points) are a promotional loyalty reward issued by Chillcrest Pty Ltd at our sole discretion. Points are not cash, are not redeemable for cash, are not a deposit, are not a financial product and do not constitute stored value. Points may expire, be forfeited or be removed in accordance with these Terms, including where an account becomes inactive.

The following terms apply:

• Points are not cash, not a deposit and not a financial product.
• Points have no monetary value outside the Save Save redemption options described in these Terms.
• Points are credited to your account when a qualifying affiliate purchase is confirmed by our affiliate network partner. Points may show as pending until the retailer's return period has closed and the commission is confirmed.
• Points may be reversed if a qualifying purchase is returned, cancelled or the associated commission is reversed.
• Points remain valid while your account is active.
• If no login activity occurs on your account for a continuous period of 24 months, your account may be classified as inactive. We will provide notice before any Points expire or are removed from an inactive account. You can maintain an active account simply by logging in to Save Save.
• Points may be transferred to any other registered Save Save member at face value. Transfers are subject to any minimum transfer amount and process published within the app at the time of transfer. Once transferred, Points cannot be reversed.
• Points cannot be sold or exchanged for cash outside of the Save Save platform redemption options described in these Terms.
• We reserve the right to adjust the Points earn rate, redemption rate or redemption options at any time with reasonable notice.
• Points have no value upon account closure or termination.

6. Retail Partner Offers

Save Save surfaces offers from retail partners via affiliate arrangements. When you click through to a retailer via a Save Save link and make a qualifying purchase, Save Save may earn a commission from the retailer. A portion of that commission may be credited to your account as Points.

Save Save does not guarantee the availability, pricing or terms of any retail offer. Offers are subject to change at any time without notice. We are not responsible for the quality, delivery or terms of products or services purchased from third party retailers.

7. Availability of Services

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature, reward, retailer partnership, Points earning opportunity or promotion at any time. We do not guarantee that any specific retailer, reward or feature will remain available. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.

8. Coach

Coach is an AI-powered savings guide designed to support habit formation, accountability and goal tracking. Coach provides general savings information, motivation, budgeting guidance and goal tracking support.

Coach does not provide personal financial advice, legal advice, tax advice or regulated credit assistance. Nothing Coach says constitutes a recommendation to acquire or dispose of any financial product. You should seek independent professional advice before making financial decisions.

Do not share sensitive documents, tax file numbers or identity documents through Coach.

9. Savings Tracker and Budget Builder

The Deposit Tracker and Budget Builder are tools to help you visualise and plan your savings. All projections, estimates and goal completion dates are indicative only. They are based on information you provide and are not financial forecasts or guarantees. Save Save is not responsible for any decision made in reliance on information displayed in these tools.

10. Borrowing Power

References to Borrowing Power within Save Save are informational referrals only. Borrowing Power is a separate service operated by Chillcrest Pty Ltd. Save Save does not recommend any specific loan product, lender or credit arrangement. You are under no obligation to use Borrowing Power. If you choose to engage with Borrowing Power, you will be subject to Borrowing Power's separate Terms of Service, Credit Guide and Privacy Policy.

11. Acceptable Use

You must not use Save Save to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to manipulate your Points balance through fraudulent transactions, returns or chargebacks
• Reverse or cancel purchases after Points have been credited with the intention of retaining Points
• Access or attempt to access another user's account
• Reverse engineer, copy or distribute any part of the Save Save platform
• Use Save Save for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts engaged in fraudulent Points activity and to reverse any Points credited as a result of fraudulent behaviour.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks and intellectual property in Save Save is owned by or licensed to Chillcrest Pty Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any Save Save content without our written permission. The Save Save name, logo and brand are the property of Chillcrest Pty Ltd.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Chillcrest Pty Ltd is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of Save Save
• Loss of Points due to account termination for breach of these Terms
• Any decision made in reliance on information displayed in Save Save, including Coach messages, Tracker projections or Budget Builder estimates
• Any failure or interruption of the Save Save platform
• Loss arising from third party retailer transactions, gift card issues or affiliate network system failures

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or by email with reasonable notice before changes take effect. Continued use of Save Save after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
